After spending over 20 years in business as a human resources executive, immersing myself in all things people, culture, and talent, I knew I wanted to continue making a deeper impact. As a lifelong learner, I built additional skills around supporting others in their own growth journeys, empowering them to reach their most impactful goals.

This motivation led me to executive coaching and achieving my International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification. I enjoyed the process so much that I ultimately wanted to expand my reach to as many people as possible.

The Upside Co. arose from the desire to uplift and empower anyone who wants to dream and turn their dreams into reality!
